I know there were a few times when the appearance changed, and it's been documented. I will send over the new post you had with those images, as well as the request to change the Inquisitor's appearance.
Thank you so much for getting back to my comment, it means a lot to me especially since I just finished the game today with 100 hours ❤️ I can’t wait to replay the parts with the Inquisitor in it with my Rook to get updated screenshots whenever it’s fixed/if added
