Floor doesn’t load in treviso, game can’t progress

The floor in the Grande Markets in Treviso doesn’t load. Which means that the NPC I’m supposed to follow at the very beginning can’t progress, which means I can’t progress. I’ve reloaded my save 4 t...

I am on PC and same problem I eventually had to go to an old save. This entire market is laggy and the speech gets robotic at points
