Same here, it was normal yesterday while it happens today after update. I tried to use razer wolverine V2 and PlayStation DualSense controllers, and the problem is the same.

    (Solved) I found similar post reports and says the game is incompatible with the Razer Tartarus keypad. I unplugged the Tartarus, and  my controller works.
