Game crashed after entering the mirror of transformation

- My character looked like the default model. To try to fix it, I touched the mirror of transformation, but it didn't load, and crashed my game.
- Does this happen in a specific area of the game?
- in the lighthouse

- I restarted the game, but my character is still the default one.
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- It crashed, no screenshot.
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
