Game has significant memory leaks. (PC)

The game has significant memory leaks. On a fresh start it seems to run okay, but going into the UI to make character changes, or main menu starts to cause the game to get choppy, most evident in audio.

    I've been experiencing similar problems. When I launch the game initially, I can run it at a constant 60 FPS, but as I play, especially loading into different areas or coming out of cutscenes, the game's performance tanks drastically. FPS can go down as low as sub-20s. If I then stop and save and reload the game, my framerate is back to 60 FPS in the exact same area.
