after all steps, the message was
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
That actually is a strange result, especially seeing the errors in your DxDiag.
The game should not prompt you for Admin Permissions if you run it without Frosty, is that correct?It still asks for permissions when I start it from the exe file directly.
What can I do to fix this mess? I have no clue what the DxDiag says. I am pretty much a noob when it comes to troubleshooting. I can usually figure out most things, but this has me totally stumped.
