Glitches make the game unplayable

I'm playing on PlayStation, and I'm also experiencing a few graphics glitches including a strange sparkle effect and parts of the screen turning yellow. Before, this only happened a couple of times and could be fixed by going into the menu or reloading, but since Sunday evening it sparkles directly when I load up the game and it crashes after a few minutes. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!
