Graphic Bugs after Patch 3

Hey guys,

after patch 3 i have huge graphic bugs specially in the lighthouse area but also in bright regions. For example the fog in Arlathan is brighter und more colourful. Bright regions are dazzling. But the main problem are the "bug walls". I took a screenshot. 

Before patch 3 all was fine and i got like no bugs at all. 

May anyone have the same problem or a solution?
