Graphical issue/glitch

There is an annoying issue that sometimes happens during conversation, exploration and even combat where the screen get "flashbanged" and turns white. Sometimes spinning the camera or changing the camera point of view fixes it for a bit, but it does't seem to be a complete fix. Also tried plenty of graphical settings without any luck
