Heart of Corruption Bug last Boss doesn't show up

I wanted to finish the Heart of corruption Quest in the Heights of Athim, but after I opened the Path of Pale Reflections the Quest won't dissapear and the undead Boss behind it doesnt spawn in.Has anyone else encountered this Problem ?
