Quest bugged on progress 1/2 - solve market and temple murders I killed the spirits clicked on notes and did not get complition progress to this quest

After recruiting Taash i go back to both places and notes where available again - i clicked right one and both progress get done.
(for 1 (market) you need to click 3 to get the progress completed - small hint)
