INDEX FILE - An error occurred while trying to complete your request

Getting this error today after 70 hours played, and game worked fine yesterday.

Game is allowed in firewall

Installed on C on an SSD

There's no history in Windows Defender of the game being restricted from the folder

Did 2 clean installs and reboots and reinstalled Nvidia app and drivers.

Resolved this. It was a Onedrive/Cloud sync issue in my case. Had to uninstall game. Uninstall Onedrive. Delete all related files. Reinstall Onedrive, Reinstall game. I did have to reinstall on C to get my save back (tried my other drive, that didn't work)
