Index File: An Error Occurred while trying to complete your request

At the splash screen when it says to press any button I get this error as soon as I press anything and cannot get past this. I have reinstalled the game, tried it on two different hard drives. Disabled my firewall, checked blocked folder history in Microsoft security, went into properties and security to ensure permissions were enabled. Idk what else to do to get it to work. EA support has been nice but they haven't given me any solutions.
