Infinite drowning

Jumped in the water in the arlathan forest and I keep respawning in the water. Will load a recent save, but FYI to devs.

Suffering the same bug but on PC. And not just arlathan forest but (so far) Treviso Canals too.

Didn't have this issue with my rogue Rook but my warrior Rook's having a bad time. Hope it gets patched asap.

  • On XBOX here fell into a canal puddle and drowned. Can't move or anything

This happened to me several times on the PS5. Dock Town, Treviso and Arlathan, while most times it would black out and be back on the surface there are times where Rook sinks and then gets up and sinks again.

I had that too! I was able to fast travel out.

  • I'm here after the supposed fix in the patch to say that it still exists. I just watched it happen to my wife and it was still in arlathan forest

Same problem. I'm stuck and can't fast travel during a quest. Why can't we swim and jump or have a team member pull us out.

This same problem just started for me as well but only within the last few days. Prior, I would consistently respawn on solid ground. The issue clearly hasn't been patched.

  • Playing the game and it has happened twice within the span of an hour, in different locations.

the fact that it isnt patched is honestly emberrasing

Currently stuck because im in a mission so cant fast travel. Thanks EA
