Inputs keep freezing

I'm having an issue where every few minutes, all inputs seem to completely freeze. My graphics are all set super low, swooshy hair turned off, etc. etc. (Playing on PC)

Super disappointing, been waiting to play this for like, literally more than a third of my whole entire life and now it's virtually unplayable :(
