Wrong Inquisitior entirely

Playing on PS5. I imported my Inquisitor Lavellan from my first playthrough then imported a Rook from the character creator, and triple checked thay my Inquisitor stayed the same before I started playing the game. I finally got to the scene where you meet the Inquisitor for the first time, and a female Cadash walked out instead. Morrigan still used he/him pronouns and Lace still introduced him as Inquisitor Lavellan, and he still talks with the same voice, he just is a female Cadash. I've never made a dwarf Inquisitor so I don't know if she's a cadash default or not. I tried reloading a save before the cutscene, and closing and restarting the game, and the same female Cadash comes out. I'm so confused how this happened.
