Want a Refund

I've tried everything to make this game work. I dont have the money to buy a SSD and it wasn't in the essential requirements of the game. I'll play a bit and it'll crash and I have to do something funny to the save to get it back. I'm sick of doing work arounds to find it crashes again. I bought it on release and no signs of it ever being fixed. Absolute joke. Anyone else as mad as me? Anyone got their money back on this broken game?

  • Since you bought it on release, you're past the refund window, which is two weeks. (More info here)

    Even if you're past the refund window, you could still request a refund by talking to a support agent, but after all this time, I think chances of getting a refund are slim. 

  • The game didn't bug out initially. How do you talk to support agents? I'm sick of waiting for a patch for this. Larian was so much better at fixing their game.

    You can start at the help site (https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/) and select the game. I tried it with Veilguard and "I want a refund", and was presented with a live chat option. However, this may be region and time based, so you may not get the same option.
