Inquisitor looks different

So I’m 50+ hours in and met my inquisitor for the first time a bit ago and thought he looked,, off from what I made,, and I looked at a screenshot I took from when I first made him and my rook and the body proportions are definitely different and obviously I can’t change anything on my inquisitor. So I was wondering if this happened to anyone else? And hoping we get the option later to change the inquisitor’s features after the initial customization cause to find this out this far in and not be able to do anything about it is a little upsetting.
