Invisible wall blocking access to Solas memory for Regrets of the Dread Wolf

Right at this location. I can enter photo mode and fly over it but there's certainly no way to get my character past. You can see I have parts of that map discovered from early on when I was able...

having this exact same issue 

tried lowering graphics settings to lower vram usage, loading previous saves, completing other quests and coming back, verifying game file integrity. has there been any confirmation the devs are working on this bug? i dont want to complete the game without finishing this seemingly very important questline
