Items bought from vendors not showing up in inventory or being equipped

I feel like I had the same issue, I bought an appearance item in Treviso, the Guardian's Flatbow, and simply don't have it.

    I have the same exact issue with the same exact appearance item. Just bought it, but it's nowhere to be found. Glad it's not just me.
