Keyboard Lag

In the game my keyboard started laging like crazy. While the keyboard lags my mouse works completely fine. Also no general lag problem, because the game runs smoothly with only max 80% usage of GPU, VRAM, CPU. I'm having a Predator keyboard. But I also tried swapping for a Logitec, same problem. 

Sometimes my character can't sop running, sometimes she cant start. Because of this I fail at the easiest Combats. This makes my Game unplayable.
