A temporary fix can be made in Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age The Veilguard\settings\ProfileOptions_profile. You'll have to open it with notepad or other program to find 4 lines for your selected class, Being mage, Warrior, and BasePlayer (rogue) GstKeyBinding.BasePlayer.ConceptMoveFB.0.button 17
GstKeyBinding.BasePlayer.ConceptMoveFB.1.button 31
GstKeyBinding.BasePlayer.ConceptMoveLR.0.button 32
GstKeyBinding.BasePlayer.ConceptMoveLR.1.button 30 and change (17 to 200) for up arrow, (31 to 208) for down arrow, (32 to 205) for right arrow, and (30 to 203) for left arrow.
This puts the movement onto the arrow keys, but has an issue with the camera causing an odd shake, so until someone can resolve that, this may not be a complete solution. If you decide to attempt this, you may want to make a backup of ProfileOptions_profile.
thnx for this it works but yes the camera jank gets annoying
