Latest Patch broke the game

I load my game today, and first no quest is working i cant star quest for some reason. Rook Look keep changing on every save file i load. If i open the menu the game just froze. Or if i change companions they game tell me there is a error loading the data and send me back to the main screen.

WTF is going on??? did just lose over 20hs of game????
