I’m expecting the kits in September, given that the roadmap covered July, August and September. We just had the expansion in July, and I would expect August to be really quiet with maybe just a patch, and then the kits come in September before we get the next roadmap. It's super aggravating how they refuse to communicate real information about whether they're actively working on it and the timeline for it. Compared to how much fanfare they put out prior to the gallery's disastrous migration, the silence about all its broken features afterward has been deafening.
- PandoraTOSeasoned VanguardI feel like this has to be a record number of bugs for a new EP. I can’t remember the last time I saw a bug fix list for a single EP so long it was divided up by cas, bb and live modes.

but yeah I do wonder when the gallery is all up again got so many builds to share and replace with ceilings included version but i don't feel like doing that before its all up and running again
would be nice to know where they are at with that - 83bienchenSeasoned NoviceStill, I didn't read anywhere we'll be getting these two Kits in August, not in September. The current roadmap does cover the timespan until September.
- leucosiaxSeasoned VeteranI thought the patch for this season was covered with the ceilings texture. Huge improvement to the game makes a world of difference as I like to play as first person and I love taking interior screenshots on my interior renovations as DHD.
- EDIT: Got in touch with EA Help and it seems that a lot of players are affected by this problem.
Maybe we are getting a new patch today.
It's 2 PM in Italy and I just tried to load my game and I had a notification for a new update. But whenever I click "update" I get an error windows popping up "Unknown problem. Please reload EA App or get in touch with our support team" - Brd709Seasoned VeteranSame happening in the UK for me 2PM UK time.

Patch is NOT live. Don't click Update. Just wait till the EA App bug is fixed. EA knows about the problem and is working on a fix. Active bugs thread is at https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports-Technical-Issues/Cannot-download-The-Sims-4/td-p/12866104/page/20.

It would put you in a very annoying update loop. If you really, really want to launch instead of going to get chores done or whatever, there's a complex workaround now pinned at the top of that AHQ post.
