Left click issue

Issue: My left click works in combat and I have no issue there but once I load into the game I stops working for for everything else in the game such as inventory, skill tree, menu/settings. I can't click on anything and have to use my arrow keys for everything to move around. The most game breaking issue is cant use the ballista that's barely 30 min into the game. I can get on it but cant fire it at all. Also, I can set my ability's to a key bind but can't use them when I click that key bind. I have to open the ability "wheel" and use the skill that every time. I cant push 1 to use the ability. 

Troubleshooting: I currently use a Razor naga V2 pro and Razor blackwidow v4. I've tried a different mouse and keyboard but the issue still appears. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and launched through steam and EA.

I have found a work around but I have to alt-tab every time I want to go into my inventory, skill tree, menu and use my ability's which only for about a min till I have to alt-tab again.
