Linux: Game crashes due to graphics driver
- OS: Arch Linux
- GPU: 3060Ti (8GB VRAM)
- Driver Version: nvidia-dkms-565.57.01-1
- What?
- Anything above medium settings causes the game to crash within minutes.
- Might be unrelated by Harding's right eyebrow seems to have a flashing RGB light attached to it.
- Where? Crashes seem to happen at any point, the visual glitch in my second point is already explained
- Attempted Fix: Reducing games graphics to medium seems to have address the problem for me for now, though the game does still stutter and struggle in almost all situations.
If the info in the graphics tab of the in-game settings tab is correct. Before any gameplay the game is eating up pretty much all the available VRAM, coupled with the fact the game consistently crashes due to the graphics driver failing, somewhat points to the game being alil optimized.
I'm not sure what to do about Harding's RGB eyebrow, though it did give me a chuckle when it popped up.
