Lives Spared PC - Bug

I have 5/4 required evidence and have destroyed 2/3 of the blight cysts, but the final blight cyst on the roof can't be destroyed despite it showing red. (PC/Steam)

I have a ps5 and a mage Rook and I can't get the same boil and its driving me crazy!
