Commenting because not only am I having the issue of "Bidding Farewell" disappearing (on Steam/PC), but I also am not having other subsequent cutscenes trigger with him, so both friendship and romance routes with him are bugged out. For instance, when Spite tries to leave through the eluvian in Lucanis's body while he sleeps, I only get one cutscene when there's supposed to be a second one where you follow up with him.
This is the case for all of my playthroughs even after restarting the game and validating save files. It really sucks because Lucanis is my favorite and I can't even make friends with him. :(
