I think his personal quests are canceled if you let Treviso fall because his personal quests involve Ilario, Viago, and Teia. If Treviso falls, I assume one of them are dead or blighted and there isn't a back-up NPC for them to be in his quests.
No, because I did not get "inner Demons" but did do the "murder of crows" which is after the Inner Demons step
