Lyrium dagger runes no longer working

Question

Hi I've noticed this, that ever since the last patch when fighting dragons during quests (the 2 blighted and one with Taash) the runes don't work anymore and I get the message invalid target. Don't think this is supposed to be like that. I'm playing on pc via steam.&nbsp;

The lyrium dagger is bugged right now, it's affecting a lot of people ranging from not being able to interact with anything that requires it, and now i guess, runes. It's been 2 weeks since people have told EA about it :)
