Main Questline is Broken Fire and Ice Not Completing

o I have an issue with my main questline being unplayable. After the cutscene with Eva and Antoine at the end of Fire and Ice I’m given a black screen then transported back to the lighthouse. The cutscene that is supposed to take place at the Lighthouse never triggers. 

I am stuck in a state where the game thinks I’m in the middle of a mission and I cannot advance further. I’ve tried reloading old saves but nothing is working. 

I don’t have saves going back far enough to do anything different with “Regrets of the Dreadwolf” nor would I be inclined to go back that far if could. 

Is there any update about this game breaking bug? I’d hate to lose a 46 hour play through. 

I’m on the Series X.
