Major lag - Running at 6 FPS on pc

I have run the gamut trying to get this game to run. I have a 3070, i5 processor and 16gb of ram. I can run bg3 at 120 fps. DATV is running at SIX fps no matter what graphics level or option changes I have made. nvidia is up to date. I have reinstalled, restarted my pc, ran game as admin, etc.
