    I replaced my GPU & power supply from RTX GeForce 3070 to GeForce 4080 (8GB to 16GB). I now play on the highest settings possible and am experiencing no stuttering. I think that to run on the ultra or above settings like I did, you must have more than an 8GB GPU.

I'm having similar problems, formerly everywhere, but troubleshooting has so far fixed it except for in Arlathan and most of Treviso.  Though I haven't been to many other places, so it's possible that the lag has remained more widespread than that.

this is what i have, maybe trying to play veilguard was just wishful thinking
