Mid game, mid cutscenes lose body, but not hair or clothes.

Unfortunately, didn't get a photo. Mid cutscene (spoiler?) talking to Solas screen glitches and we both have lost are bodies although our hair😅 and clothing stay. There aren't any audible predicaments during said cutscene. Has happened again during mid combat small but noticeable glitch during fight and then poof followers and my clothes, tools, and hair are there- for the enemies... the only way i was able to tell they were there was because of the healthbar and targeting system. I can only fix this by turning the game off and back on. This has occurred twice in 3.4 hours

I was running on ultra, and still am with a few graphics turned off. My VRAM in settings is using maybe 7GB of the 11GB so the game says. When the first glitch occurred I lowered a few of the graphic settings. Game recommended processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, while I'm using ryzen 5700G. Recommended AMD Radeon RX 5700XT while im using the RX 6700XT. Also have win 11, 32GB RAM, SSD, and using direct x 12. Should have a stable enough computer for the game to run on ultra
