Missing Armor Dodgy Recruit Reward from major Quest.

So I have seen other members have the problem of missing reward Armor from the Quest Blood of Arlathan.. I just finished the Quest & went to the Wardrobe and Character Menu and this Armor is complete...

EDIT:- This armor is missing on My Rogue Character but is present & correct on my Warrior Character... both are female Grey Wardens.
