Missing game data

Hi all,

I stuck my ps5 on to play veilguard today and I have lost all recent save data and autosave data. It has reset back to 9 November, but I have played at least 16 hours since then, last save was last night. Is this recoverable? I was near the end of the game and really don't wanna go so far back 😪

Hello, I actually got the exact same problem but EA basically told me because I didn’t purchase it digitally (which apparently means to trace of the game to them) that I should contact amazon(where I bought it)… I don’t know what they could possibly do about it. I was on level 11 now I’m back on level 3??!
