Missing Pre-Order Bonus?

That is the same with me. I ordered the standard from GameStop and then upgraded day of from Xbox. EA says you can still get the blood armor but I haven't. 

I know you have to get through the prologue and it's at the Lighthouse in a chest. But never got the blood armor.

Same with me too. i didn't Receive Dragon Age Veilguard Pre Order Bonus Bought on xbox from Best Buy, standard edition. The code wasn't in the case and I never got any emails either email providing the code. Any idea

Yeah, I Pre-Ordered the standard edition for PS5 from Amazon. There was no code in the game case and I’m far enough into the game where if it was included on disc it would already be available and I don’t have the Pre Order armour.

Same here, I ordered from Best buy and never got the pre-order items. I actually called Best buy customer support, and after navigating their AI phone trees for a while, ended up speaking to someone who told me I would get the pre-order items on Monday.  Unfortunately that never happened so I'm back at square One. Not quite sure what to do here.

Same here! I pre-ordered in August the standard edition for PS5 from Amazon, no code in the game case, no e-mail… :(

Same for me. Preco from Microsoft Store (Xbox series X), no trace of the items. I even see that the preco is valid for my account :

same issue but for xbox, bought from amazon, no pre order bonus code and been given the run around by amazon.co.uk on this issue and there currently no fix on EAs end just hope they fix this soon and get them sent out. it was such a good game to play.

I have this same issue but for the Dragon Age game. Didn't receive my pre order or deluxe items even though they are installed. Maybe it's something to do with the servers?

i have since found out that you’ll have to speak to the retailer about this and not bioware or ea 

I talked to Ea, Bioware, Xbox nothing. GameStop won't talk to me so I guess it's just a loss. Which sucks.
