I’m well past the prologue, having logged double-digit hours in the game. My xbox account and EA account are linked. However, I’m still not able to find the pre-order bonus items in the lighthouse. Playing on Xbox Series X. Ordered from gamestop.

Exactly the same thing happened to me, no code, no PreOrder chest, nada
I just got off the phone with Best Buy after having the same conversation with them about month ago and was told the same thing...code should come via email the following Mondsy...never received it. Now they are saying they have been told that due.to the delays in the codes going out that I need to contact EA. Did you ever have any luck?
