My mouse doesnt work

I dont know what I do to make it happen because its always random but for some reason when I go to the game menu, I can use my mouse like move it but I cant click on anything. I will click on save or load or whichever and wont do anything. I have to use my keyboard to go down to what I want and press enter to be able to do stuff. Same in game with using companion abilities I just cant click on anything. In game fighting works fine though. This has happened a few times now and its getting a bit annoying.
