Same problem. I wanted to try and make one of my male OCs in the CC because I just like playing in CC's. I made a new save for him. But when I opened up my actual save file, my female Rook - who was recognized female for all of yesterday - was now identified as male and using he/him pronouns. The game has previously changed my hair style/color without my input so I said okay, whatever, went to fix it - can't. Neither the Mirror in the Infirmary nor Varric's mirror can change it (and the latter isn't clickable anymore at all.)
Additionally, I also noticed that my keybindings reset themselves overnight. So it's definitely seeming like a game-wide bug of some sort. I was able to load an earlier save that has the correct gender/pronouns (~30 min lost) so not a huge loss, but still. Weird bug. I really hope it doesn't happen again tomorrow.
Earlier saves have it still? Good to know. I’ll check that. I’ll probably lose a couple hours, but better than restarting!
