Mythal dialogue option missing?

If you speak to Mythal after completing all of Bellara's companion quests, there's an additional option for answering that'll convince Mythal immediately. I decided to go this route my second playthrough, however, sped through Bellara's companion quests and there's nothing. I've reloaded a few times and the the dialogue option is still not showing up. 

Anyone else have this issue? I've found a few other people on another forum with the same problem.
