Neve not getting Hero of the Veilguard
I've finished the Return of the Cultist Case but she's not achieving Hero of the Veilguard. Tried reloading an older Save but it isn't working either.

I am also having this issue. I assume it’s because I did not save Minthrathous, but still told her to be an inspiration to the people. She basically told me no. I figured I would get the opposite path skill at the very least. But I got nothing.
EDIT: So I got it to appear! There is a conversation pop up that appeared for me after I dealt with the Butcher in Treviso. Elek was there and the pop up played after the scene. Very misleading since it felt like her quests were over and I had done literally everything Dock Town already. Yay!
