Neve Return of the Cultist Case bugged
Return of the Cultist Case bugged. I didn't get an option to choose; Neve stated she was Dock Town's protector... cutscene at Lighthouse. No armor or trophy and she is the only companion that doesn't have it.

Did you saved minrathous?
Yeah, you have to be at least level 9 companion with Neve, so I thought it was bugged at first too. If you saved Treviso and she’s hardened, you don’t get a choice for her and it’s a bit trickier to increase the bond so the hero armor might come later when she’s level 9 and you return to the lighthouse.
I saved Treviso. All of my other companions picked up the Hero of the Veilguard at level 7; they all did and got the armor. My Neve is broken and I'll have to replay the game and probably save Minnrathous.
If you saved Treviso you cant choose the hero of the veilguard path but you should have received the armor and hero status at the end of the quest.
