Neve's barrier not displaying during Fire & Ice

During Fire and Ice, after the dragons are defeated and Ghilan'nain is wounded, Elgar'nan appears and casts an area effect spell. Neve uses a barrier to shield herself and Rook. Before patch 4, the barrier was visible; since patch 4, the barrier visual effect isn't visible. I've seen some other comments about this around social media, so this doesn't seem to be specific to my game.

    Thanks for asking; here's what I've seen so far:

    • The barrier visual displays during "The Cobbled Swan Case" when Neve protects Rook against Aelia / Damas.
    • It doesn't display during "Fire and Ice" when Neve protects Rook against Elgar'nan.
    • It does display correctly later during "The Returned Cultist Case" when Neve protects herself against Aelia.
    • Other spell effects seem to be displaying correctly in other parts of the game.

    Hey, following up on this one, since the Fire and Ice quest, have the visuals come back or was it just during that one specific part of the game where they were not visible?
