New patch necessary

When will there be a new patch???

I’m frustrated, first, appearance changes made with the mirror don’t apply, ok I can live with that. Secondly, missions are not accessible (second of Solas’ memory, doors won’t open although all enemies slain, stuck in the map), ok I can live with that for the moment, enough other things to do. Thirdly, savegames don’t load anymore. Can’t live with that. 
Anyone has a fix? Tried the ssd thing, doesn’t work. Overall graphics show funny glitches, but acceptable. New patch needed urgently. Seriously considering returning the game, but not giving up hope.
