No Beards in characterConfig and graphic settings doesnt work

Why there are no Beards in my Game? Thats really weird. I saw it in different Videos o.O And grafik doesnt work. It looks like a game from 2005 What should i do?

    Looks like you're an elf and I believe elves do not have access to beards

    Ok thank you. I didnt know that.

    The Graphic Problem is also solved. I found the issue by my hardware. After drop of the second Screen it works better. Ok, better for a radeon saphire rx570. Now i can play the Game. And after i buy a new graphiccard (Xmas (;) i play it again in a really good Resolution.

    Sorry for the post, but maybe it helps someone
