No DLC items chest?

I finished the prologue and got to the lighthouse and there is no chest there with the dlc items in it. I have them installed and am playing through the EA app. Anyone else having this issue?

I saved the game and put my characters name then closed out of the game restarted my Xbox and when I went back in the chest was there
