No Offline play.

I seem to recall someone touting that Veilguard would be playable offline. Unfortunately I can't launch it. I currently have no home internet because of sandstorms and fires and the game seemingly won't launch because it's requiring EA to launch. Didn't someone say that wouldn't happen?

PC, purchased through EA.
