No Sound On PS5

I’m not sure why, but my game has zero sound once I load into it. Every other game is working fine/sound works on the loading screen and I’ve done all the fixes regarding the PS5 sound issues. I hear a crackling noise whenever I load into the game but the sound never comes up. Would like advice on how to fix this issue so I can play. 🙏
