I was having the same problem on the PS5, then saw on another post that someone loaded one of their old saves, and completed a few of the side quests in Treviso, particularly “A Slow Poison”. After that, the bug was fixed. I did that earlier today, and it worked! I ended up losing about 6 hours of gameplay, because I didn’t have many manual saves, but I’m sure that was faster than waiting for a patch. Hope this helps!
